Job Role includes providing technical support on voice to international IT clients based in UK,US & AUS.
It is a Business 2 Business process.
Job includes working in Rotational shifts, including night shifts
Required BE/Btech/BscIT/BCA Fresh & experienced candidates with Excellent communication skills & basic technical knowledge.
HSC with min 2yrs exp can also apply
Sal : 1.8L to 2.7L per annum

ReplyDeleteI have just been recruited in this company as a Sr.Technical Support Associate L2....was working as Technical Support Associate in IBM for last 3 weeks. just curious, would Mphasis ITO offer me job stability as i had in IBM?....what are the career growth opportunities in this role? I understand earlier it was EDS ITO, now it is Mphasis, an HP company...would that affect my job in coming years?
