Currently we have opening with one of our esteem client into Telecom/ISP sector.

Candidates will be doing following activities

Desired Profile:

• Age: between 20 - 30yrs. (Preferred)

• Experienced / Fresher candidates are welcome.

• People with 6months+ experience in a call center (Preferred).

• Basic computer knowledge and keyboard skills are mandatory (Network centric courses will be an advantage)

• Good Communication Skills (Fluency in English, grammar, sentence construction and clarity of thought)

• Confident and self motivating attitude

Educational Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification required is - graduation (in any field.)

• CCNA certified (mandatory)

Job Profile:

• Technical Process

• Handling inbound calls/outbound calls/emails of corporate customers pertaining to technical queries & complaints.

• Booking complaints/queries, providing updates and following up with the customer.

Note • No vernacular medium candidates will be entertained.
